Step 1: Register with us
Register with us on our Bespoke Sourcing page to become a Bespoke Client.
Step 2: Schedule a call
We will be in contact to schedule a call to discuss exactly what it is you would like to achieve by working with us and answer some questions about strategy, location, budget, etc.
Step 3: Sign an agreement and pay deposit
Sign an agreement to protect yourself and us as a company and pay a deposit for the sourcing fee.
Step 4: Property search and selection
Sit back and wait for us to find you your perfect investment. Once we think we have found a property to suit your criteria we will be in contact. If you are not happy, we will search for a second property.
Step 5: Final payment and property journey
Once happy with a property and the property has been secured, the rest of the fee will be paid, the remaining Sourcing fee will be paid.
We will inform the selling/letting agents who the buyer/renter will be through email and then your property journey can begin!
Step 6: Ongoing support
We will be in contact to support you throughout, including ongoing property management if required.
Step 7: Comprehensive Service - Set Up
We will use our expertise and provide assistance with simple interior design, furniture selection, furniture orders, furniture assembly, and interior arrangement. We will work closely with you to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that your property is both functional and stylish and complies with the end strategy.
With our help, you can be confident that your new property will be set up exactly the way you want it, so you will be positioned to receive the highest achievable rent.
Step 8: Comprehensive Service - Photoshoots and Property Advertisement
After Set Up and interior arrangement have been carried out we will take care of advertising your property, including professional photoshoots and expertly crafted property advert descriptions. We will work with you to create eye-catching listings on all the major rental platforms intended for the desired end strategy to ensure your property gets maximum exposure.
Step 9: Comprehensive Service - Property Management
Once you have tenants or guests in place, we will handle all communication and management on your behalf, including handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to any queries or issues, and ensuring the smooth running of your property. Including dealing with cleaners and builders to maintain the highest standard.
