We pride ourselves in providing a professional service for our clients. If you are unsatisfied with the service, we would like to know as soon as possible, so we can resolve the issue.

If you would like to raise a complaint, please email us at hello@property-investment-seekers.co.uk and include as much detail as possible.

We will send an acknowledgement email within 3 working days and begin our investigations. Within 15 working days, we will provide a formal written response regarding your complaint, proposing an appropriate resolution.

We will do everything we can to be able to resolve the issue with you ourselves, however, if you still feel dissatisfied you can raise this complaint with The Property Investors Mediation Service.
